This was Bruno Mar's song, and Lil wayne did a verse into this. I found this song several months ago, and at that time I really wanted to share this song with people. Unfortunately, I got no place. :( But, now, I can post this on my blog. Sooo happy to share this. Learning Lil Wayne added a verse into Bruno Mars' Grenade, I was so surprised, cuz I didn't expect that he and Bruno can be put in a song together. I think Weezy's rapping(Wayne's nickname) makes this song more "convincing". Why? Cuz he is a thug!! Haha, just kidding. It's because Weezy is a rapper. Rappers' verse usually includes "shorty", "pussy", "nigga", and other dirty words like.......nope, I ain't gonna type those words in my blog.

Several weeks ago, one of my classmates in comp class shared "Skyscraper" with us. Honestly, I've heard this song, but I didn't think this song was good. Because at the first time I heard Skyscraper, I thought this was jsut a normal song. Nevertheless, when she shared this again in the comp class, I had different feelings. I think that maybe at this moment you listen to this song, but the song may not strike your heart. But, maybe next time you listen to the song again, you will have another feel. This was what happened to me. I started to listen to Skyscraper on Youtube. This song is so easy to understand and powerful!

I hate that I cannot use banned words...damn :(( This Thursday Tiffany shared this song with us, and that reminded me that I should post this. The first time that I heard this song was when taking a feeder bus to the MRT station. I still remember that the day was Monday. I was nearly falling asleep before hearing this song. As soon as I heard this song, I came to consciousness! I enjoy this song all the way to school. In the beginning of "Where is the Love", I thought this might be a cute love song for teenagers. As long as the first part of rap began, I got to realize that this song would be different from most of "love" songs. "Where is the Love" describes terrorism. the lyrics so touching that I even sobbed while listening to this song. I kept wondering why there are terrorist attacks in the world. They kill many innocent people. I don't blame the terrorists because I know they are also oppressed by some strong nations. However, I hope they can think twice before do that. I believe that as long as we have "love" in our heart. we won't harm people.
