This Thursday Tiffany shared this song with us, and that reminded me that I should post this.
The first time that I heard this song was when taking a feeder bus to the MRT station.
I still remember that the day was Monday. I was nearly falling asleep before hearing this song. As soon as I heard this song, I came to consciousness! I enjoy this song all the way to school.
In the beginning of "Where is the Love", I thought this might be a cute love song for teenagers.
As long as the first part of rap began, I got to realize that this song would be different
from most of "love" songs. "Where is the Love" describes terrorism. the lyrics so touching that I even sobbed while listening to this song. I kept wondering why there are terrorist attacks in the world. They kill many innocent people. I don't blame the terrorists because I know they are also oppressed by some strong nations. However, I hope they can think twice before do that. I believe that as long as we have "love" in our heart. we won't harm people.
